Dr Michael Pan

Michael is a researcher in Health and Social Care Policy at Newcastle University, working on projects for DeNPRU Exeter. His research work employs multi-method approaches, including systematic reviews, meta-analysis, experimental design, and quantitative analysis. He completed his PhD (awaiting confirmation) at the University of Sheffield, where he also taught statistics and research methods and served as a behavioural scientist tutor. He has previous experience co-working with communities, government agencies, and non-government organisations in designing mental health and psychosocial programmes for vulnerable populations.
