Catherine’s role extends across the different people and projects involved in DeNPRU Exeter, being an important link between the research team and our vibrant Knowledge Exchange Community. Previously part of the IDEAL programme, she passionately believes in using all of the information and expertise available, and bringing the right people together for the richest conversations.
Coming from a literature background, Catherine’s thesis looked at memory in poetry and she has published on the relationship between literature and science, and ageing in Kazuo Ishiguro’s novels among other things. More recently, she has published on the Living with Dementia Toolkit and music, dance and dementia (forthcoming).
